I ordered flowers to be delivered on 15th March for our wedding anniversary. Around 2pm on that day, I looked on the Yodel delivery tracker to find out that the estimated delivery date was 16th March. I rang Waitrose, who confirmed that this was correct as the flowers had been sent to the wrong delivery depot! This defeats the object of paying £5 for designated day delivery - I would have been better off going down to the shops and buying the flowers in person.

I spent nearly £100 on 2 bouquets for my daughters. Customer service was great , but the flowers were sooooo disappointing. They had been sent via Yodel and had spent all day in a van as they were delivered around 5 p.m. There was little water and they were wilted. Less than one week on, they were dead. I am so disappointed. I work hard for my money, and this was a treat. I could have picked wild flowers that would have lasted longer. I will never order from Waitrose again..

Failed to deliver birthday surprise for my friend (£50 worth of Flowers), Yodel courier left in a non safe space and clearly was picked up by someone passing by. 8 emails into Customer Service team at Waitrose and they agreed to resend, that never happened again, moment has now passed and had to admit to my friend that I didn't forgot her birthday but badly let down by Waitrose. If you cant deliver Waitrose get out of the business, plus your customer service team are inconstant and dont care. Now seeking full refund by Credit card company.
I posted a negative review this morning!
Mainly about Waitrose use of Yodel carriers who are giving their florist a bad name !
But I have to applaud Waitrose customer service namely Daniel who was so kind and helpful I was very emotional and he dealt with my concerns with empathy he is organising it so that the very late delivery is stopped. And is organising refunds for both lots of flowers!
As well as a good will gesture of Waitrose vouchers!
He is to E.mail me to tell me when it’s done .
He also said for me to ring him again if I had reason too.
Thank you Daniel for making me feel valued

Should have looked at Trustpilot first. Pay to be delivered Sunday and check tracking online to see if they have arrived, ‘delay, your flowers will be delivered Monday’. No email warning me, no point in paying for the service.

The flowers looked NOTHING like the photo. My mum ordered flowers for a funeral from Waitrose and in the end had to order more flowers from elsewhere as the Waitrose ones looked PATHETIC.

Ordered a yellow rose planter for my sister-in-law. It arrived on date requested and looked amazing - better than the picture displayed on Waitrose website. Could not fault them at all - highly delighted all round.

So disappointing. £35 for 25 flowers. Not what I was expecting or I thought would be delivered. I bought online and to be delivered because I couldn’t see my mum. Wish I hadn’t bothered.I would like to add. I contacted the M&S customer service team. They replied to my email about my disappointment promptly and politely. They ask for photos of the flowers and offered a voucher for the amount I paid.

My wife was sent a bouquet and chocolates from her Daughter for Mother's Day. The chocolate box was dumped on the top damaging the flowers and breaking them off the stems but didn't really matter as most of the bunch was dead and rotting to the extent of putrification anyway. Totally disgusting, had to go straight in the bin. Don't know how Waitrose can allow this to go on.

I ordered flowers for my mums 70th and they never arrived. Whilst Waitrose were quick enough to offer a refund the overall service was terrible. I don’t know why they insist on using Yodel or DPD for flowers. I would never use Waitrose florist again or recommend them. I was so upset that my mum didn’t receive her big birthday flowers. Avoid if you can, stick to inter flora or some of the other flower services.

I ordered, then rather wrong way round read the reviews and became concerned by so much negative feedback.Nothing to worry about though, the bouquet was delivered on time in Bristol and very happy with the flowers, vase and service.

Just been sent Waitrose "flowering narcissi basket" as a present and it's a joke - barely-sprouting bulbs shoved in moss any old how (one clump with roots upwards!), loose dirt all over the floor when I took it out of the box, and as a result all the packaging is dirty so can't be recycled. This was meant to be a nice surprise for me - what a disappointment, and I see on website it cost £25 + delivery.

I ordered the White Lily and Rose Bouquet on behalf of my nan who wanted a really special bouquet for my mom’s Silver Wedding Anniversary. When they arrived, the lillies were brown along the edges, they were very small lillies (not premium lillies). The cream roses had quite a few brown outer petals. The bouquet did not reflect the price at all in size or quality. After 3 days, the majority of the flowers had wilted. I feel guilty as these looked so nice online and did not deliver for my mom and dad’s special day. Have brought better bunches from other supermarkets.
